We only use genuine Mercedes parts, approved fluids and oils, and all our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever happens first. Most Mercedes parts come with a 2-year warranty and our labour warranty is extended to match where necessary.
As we work solely on Mercedes models, we are able to invest heavily in specialist equipment and tools designed for use on only Mercedes models, such as the MB Star diagnostic tool, enabling us to correctly identify a fault quickly and get you back on the road in the shortest time possible.
We work on Mercedes vans up to 3.5t and all their electric and hybrid models too.
